Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

🚫 Refunds

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor color or design variations
• Size, style, or personal preference issues

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive the wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or video of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
